1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport Coolant Question?

I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee with high mileage and wanted to drain out my coolant and change it. Problem is, I can't find the petcock to drain it out. I would just yank off the hose and drain it that way, but getting to it is not an easy task. Don't just drain the reservoir and the radiator but flush them out as well and start over with new premixed coolant. It's not all that expensive to have done, or do it your self.
